We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is interested in providing private school based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. We offer a small, collaborative, and caring community of staff who support one another to provide excellent services for each client we serve. Ideal candidates for this position will have demonstrated supervisory experience, and an effective history of working with individuals with severe behavior. Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Department of Health of WA or currently eligible for licensure. Applicants who hold a BCBA or BCBA-D credential are eligible for a LBA in Washington State. 
  • Master's (Required)
  • BCBA (Required)
  • Experience providing ABA therapy with children
  • Ability to interact with colleagues, providers, and families in a collegial and professional manner.
  • Reliable transportation, current valid driver's license, car insurance, and working cell phone
  • CPR/BLS (required within 30 days of hire)
  • Food Handlers (required within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and physically respond to challenging behavior including pursuit of an eloping student and use of physical management procedures
  • Ability to pass a background check and driving record check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as BCBA

Starting Salary: $60,000.00- $85,000 per year (DOE)
