What You'll Do
As a member of Lilac's interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services
- Support receptive and expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, pragmatic language, and AAC
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families
- Partner with teachers, BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and Behavior Technicians
- Coach educational teams on communication strategies that promote student success
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Washington State SLP License or eligibility through the ASLP Interstate Compact
- Washington ESA Certificate preferred. Candidates eligible to obtain an ESA after hire are strongly encouraged to apply. Lilac's Credential Concierge Program provides step-by-step guidance and support throughout the certification process.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary educational team
Preferred Qualifications
- School-based or pediatric experience
- Experience supporting students with autism
- Experience with AAC
- Knowledge of IDEA, FAPE, IEP development, and school-based service delivery

We're ideally looking for someone to join our team by the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year (September 2026).
Earlier start dates are welcomed, and we understand exceptional candidates may need time to transition from their current role or complete Washington credentialing.
